A collaboration between Kampoeng Djamoe Organik (KaDO) Martha Tilaar and Krida Wacana Christian University (UKRIDA) has once again taken place. On Tuesday, June 30, 2026, the two parties conducted a community service program—specifically an educational session for farmers in Sundawenang Village, Sukabumi—focused on increasing the market value of agricultural products through digital marketing. In addition to local farmers from the area surrounding KaDO, students from SMA Taruna Nusantara, who were currently undertaking an internship program in the village, also attended the event.

The outreach event was opened by Bryan Tilaar, CIC—President Director of PT Martina Berto Tbk, the parent company of KaDO—followed by remarks from Dr. Diana Frederika, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business at UKRIDA, and Rika Sri Derma, Head of the Sundawenang Village PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) team. Two speakers presented at the event: Dr. Rintis Eko Widodo, who encouraged farmers to enhance their digital marketing skills, and Drg. Samuel, who broadened agricultural knowledge through insights on fertilization methods.

Specifically, Dr. Rintis presented on expanding marketing strategies for agricultural produce through digital media. In the presentation, Dr. Rintis encouraged farmers to become more tech-savvy to optimize the marketing of their harvests. Beyond highlighting the marketing potential of digital channels, Dr. Rintis also offered simple tips to make farmers' product photos look more appealing on social media. Participants were then given time to practice taking product photos themselves.

Meanwhile, Drg. Samuel also shared insights regarding more efficient fertilization methods for agriculture. According to him, by selecting the right fertilizer products, agricultural yields can be maximized within a relatively shorter timeframe.

As the facilitator, KaDO Martha Tilaar hopes that this outreach program—conducted in collaboration with UKRIDA—will prove beneficial to Indonesian farmers, particularly those in Sundawenang Village, Sukabumi.  Let’s keep Beautifying Indonesia!
