Decades ago, when she started to build her beauty brands from the family garage, DR.(H.C) Martha Tilaar never expected that the business she pioneered will exist until today. Her persistent attitude and dream to beautify Indonesia and to create reputable local brands, become the main motivation that keeps encouraging her steps to lead Martha Tilaar Group.

Her dream never changes. Entering the 51st anniversary, September 4, 2021, Martha Tilaar Group hope will always be an Indonesian beauty company that will give good contributions to Indonesia and always be accepted by the community, from generation to generation. This hope was delivered by DR.(H.C) Martha Tilaar in a humble gathering held at Griya Cipta Wanita auditorium (6/8), that attended by limited guests.

This is the second year Martha Tilaar Group didn’t celebrate its anniversary that usually attend by the whole board of directors and employees. Even so, this condition didn’t make Martha Tilaar Group family feel grateful any less. The fact that the business is still surviving, struggling, and strive to grow in the time of pandemic so we still have the opportunity to develop our skincare and beauty products to be better products and services, makes us feel grateful and optimist.

More than just an anniversary moment, this year also a momentum of one year of Kilala Tilaar’s leadership. Kilala is the second generation who now leads Martha Tilaar Group and will continue DR. Martha’s hard work to maintain the quality and innovations of Martha Tilaar’s brands.

“I always feel grateful for the support and trust that DR. Martha always gave. I hope this mandate that I hold will lead Martha Tilaar Group to better years to come. With hard work, commitment, and innovation, I believe we will stand together to pass all the obstacles.
