Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM). Still focused on encouraging the growth of
young entrepreneurs in Indonesia, the inspiring talk show Glow Economy:
Beautypreneurs Take the Lead, featured four speakers, each founder of a
renowned Indonesian cosmetics company. They were Dr. Kilala Tilaar

(Smith), and Priscillia Pangemanan (SASC).
Held at the
auditorium of Gedung Kuliah Bersama 4, UMM, Glow Economy: Beautypreneurs
Take the Lead was attended by approximately 1,200 students
enthusiastically gaining insight and knowledge about the beauty
business. As the keynote speaker, Dr. Kilala emphasized her support for
the younger generation, encouraging them to not be afraid to start
businesses and maximize their potential. Through its business unit, PT
Cedefindo, the Martha Tilaar Group is always ready to assist the
community, especially students, who want to realize their dreams of
building a business or beauty brand.
In addition to the informative talk show, the event also included the signing
of a memorandum of understanding between Martha Tilaar Group and UMM
and a question and answer session a question-and-answer session on
trends, opportunities, and challenges in the cosmetics industry between
students and beauty founders. Outside the auditorium, various attractive
offers were also presented from participating brands, including
Sariayu, Brighty, Smith, and SASC.
Through this event, we hope
