Aksoro Business School successfully held CEO 3.0 Batch 2: The Latest Way
to Become a World-Class CEO, on February 7–8, 2026. This program
presented strategic and tactical insights from business practitioners to
improve leadership competencies, expand networking, and enrich
perspectives on modern business strategies amidst economic dynamics.

3.0 featured inspiring speakers Iwan Setiawan (Group COO MCorp), Elvira
Jakub (CEO dentsu Indonesia), Muhammad Ismail (CEO Zahir
International), and Dr. Kilala Tilaar (CEO Martha Tilaar Group).
Sandiaga Uno also served as the main mentor, sharing Leadership in
Crisis material to help more than 100 CEOs navigate the current economic
challenges.
At the CEO 3.0 event, Dr. Kilala Tilaar spoke about
how a company leader is not just an executor. According to Dr. Kilala, a
CEO must be a storyteller, so that the company's values ??and vision
can be shared with employees and the community. "As part of the
company's next generation, I believe it's time for me to tell the story
of how to appreciate our roots, empower people, and preserve Indonesia's
richness and cultural heritage through heartwarming & sustainable work, and
community-building as well," said Dr. Kilala.
Seeing the high
enthusiasm of the participants on the second day, in his session, Dr.
Kilala Tilaar not only shared her leadership and business journey
experiences, but also distributed the book Jejak Wangi Martha Tilaar to
participants with the best questions as a form of appreciation.
