CEO of Martha Tilaar Group Serves as Judge for Two Awards at in-Cosmetics Asia 2025
In-Cosmetics Asia 2025 took place at BITEC, Bangkok, for three days,
from November 4-6, 2025. In-Cosmetics is an international trade show and
industry event dedicated to the cosmetics industry. The event brings
together manufacturers, raw material suppliers, and other cosmetics
professionals to network, share knowledge, and showcase their latest
products.
As last year, Martha Tilaar Group again participated in
in-Cosmetics Asia 2025 through the involvement of Martha Tilaar Group
CEO, Dr. Kilala Tilaar, as one of the judges for the Biotech Beauty
Award and Spotlight on Formulation Awards 2025. Along with Dr. Kilala,
there were five other judges: Dr. Dominika Andrys, Prof. Dr. Jaesung
Hwang, Joonho Choi, Sanjaya Balani, and Seongmin Sohn.
To
determine the winner of the Spotlight on Biotech Beauty, Dr. Kilala and
the other judges assessed the quality of the submitted product
prototypes, from formulation to texture. Various active ingredients,
such as hyaluronic acid and exosome-based active ingredients, lab-grown
collagen, peptides, and squalane, were competed. Through this
competition, in-Cosmetics aims to encourage the creation of new
biotechnology beauty innovations that have the potential to contribute
to the future development of the beauty industry. Biotechnology
ingredients will revolutionize the cosmetics industry and offer more
sustainable, safer, and more effective alternative raw materials.
It
is an honor to represent Indonesia in this prestigious global cosmetics
industry event for the eleventh time. We hope that Dr. Kilala Tilaar's
involvement will continue to benefit the beauty industry and contribute
to the creation and development of global cosmetic innovations.
