Martha Tilaar Group Signed the Commitment of Collaboration with MSIB 6th Batch
On Tuesday, February 2, 2024, 276 partners of Certified Independent Internships and Studies confirmed their commitment through a collaboration signing between partners and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. Through one of the foundations, the Pena HART Foundation which accommodates the Academy of Martha Tilaar, Martha Tilaar Group is also participating as one of the company partners who signed the commitment for MSIB 6th batch.
MSIB is an initiation program from the ministry as a part of the Independent Campus Program, which already launched in 2020. Through this MSIB program, the students who participate are expected to be able to improve their skills outside the main study program on campus and eventually become competent participants in areas they are interested in.
As one of the local companies that want to be consistent in encouraging Indonesia's progress, Martha Tilaar Group which now 53 years old is cares about the young generation of Indonesia’s education. This is why, through a series of processes, Martha Tilaar Group has volunteered as one of the partners for the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology to implement MSIB.
After the day of the signing ceremony, 70 students who passed the selection will run an internship program in Martha Tilaar Group, based on their interest and the internal result of Matha Tilaar Group’s selection. MSIB program will be combined with Management Trainee in Martha Tilaar Group which is called Martha Tialar Development Program (MTDP). Next, the participants will get a placement in 6 fields and spread in 8 business units of Martha Tilaar Group and 1 Martha Tilaar Academy. They will be accompanied by mentors who are the chosen employees of Martha Tilaar and have competency in related fields. Congratulations to all students who will be joining the company!
