Glow Economy: Beautypreneurs Take the Lead, initiated by Martha Tilaar
Group & Friends, is present at its second campus. Held at
Padjadjaran University, Bandung, the event, which took place on August
14, 2025, at the Unpad Campus, Jatinangor, presented four inspiring
speakers who are founders of well-known Indonesian cosmetic companies
who will share their valuable experiences in the beauty industry, namely
Dr. Kilala Tilaar (CEO of Martha Tilaar Group - Sariayu), Titania
Fairuskha (Co-Founder of Raine Beauty), Muhammad Emyranza (Founder of
Smith) and Muhammad Raafi (Founder of Brighty.
Through this talk
show, Martha Tilaar Group & Friends not only shared success stories
and insights regarding trends, opportunities, and challenges in the
beauty industry, but also fostered the spirit of a new generation of
young entrepreneurs ready to build local businesses and brands. The hope
is that the students in attendance will be encouraged to take bold
steps, formulate a vision, and tread the path of entrepreneurship, as
Indonesia needs more young entrepreneurs with broad perspectives and a
strong vision for the future.
